Poseidonos Avenue is the main road of the Athens Riviera. The seaside boulevard, “Paraliaki” as Athenians call it, starts in Piraeus and continues through Paleo Faliro, Kallithea, Alimos, Elliniko and Glyfada. In Voula its name changes to “Konstantinos Karamanlis Avenue” and it ends in Sounio, home of the Temple of Poseidon, as the “Athens-Sounio Avenue”. Along this magnificent coastal route, you can find dozens of places to enjoy a meal, your coffee or a drink, all by the sea, with a unique view of the endless blue of the Saronic Gulf.

This is one of the most sophisticated restaurants in Athens, located where once stood the legendary Asteria of Glyfada, a resort with a rich history that goes back to the ’50s. The exotic and cosmopolitan, almost cinematic, décor, combined with the magnificent view, steals the show. An idyllic setting where guests can enjoy the menu, put together by the famous Greek chef Giannis Baxevanis and embracing Greek raw materials. Its unique sunset, top quality coffee, sensuous live performances and exotic garden are a few more reasons to enjoy Ark in the summer.
